TASTING NOTES

Notoriously difficult to make, this Sangiovese shows the great care and understanding required to faithfully reproduce the true character of this classic variety.  It has a beautiful dark rose and cherry bouquet.  The palate is reminiscent of the famous Morello cherry and carries great length, finishing with the typical varietal tightness of tannin over light fruitiness.
