The 2009 Basket Press Shiraz was sourced from low yielding vines within One Tree Hill and matured in new and seasoned American oak for 18 months. This Shiraz displays an elegant bouquet of black fruits and spicy overtones with a rich, soft and rewarding palate with alingering chocolate finish.

The 2008 Basket Press Shiraz was sourced from low yielding vines within One Tree Hill and matured in seasoned American and French oak for 24 months. This Shiraz displays a bouquet of fruits of the forest with a mocha oak overtone. a rich and fruity palate with soft rounded tannins and dark berry finish.

Matured in new and seasoned American and French oak for 36 months. This Shiraz displays a bouquet of black fruits and spicy fruit overtones with a rich and rewarding palate with soft rounded tannins.

Displaying spicy fruit characters with mocha oak overtones, balanced well with plummy berry fruits and a lovely velvety finish. Aged in oak barrels for 24 months.

The 2009 Basket Press Merlot was sourced from low yielding vines within One Tree Hill and matured in seasoned French oak for 18 months. This Merlot displays a fragrant bouquet of violets and spicy characters with a soft and silky palate of plums and red currants.

This elegant Grenache is displaying raspberry and fruitcake flavours, a lively medium weight texture and gentle tannin finish. Complemented well with French oak, displaying a beautiful vanilla aroma.

The 2010 Basket Press Grenache was sourced from low yielding vines within One Tree Hill and matured in seasoned American oak for 6 months. This Grenache displays a bouquet of raspberries and plums with the palate being spicy and vibrant finishing with a blueberry character.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has enticing aromas of cassis, leafiness and spice are balanced with dark berry fruit flavours and a soft tannin finish. It was aged in French oak barrels for 24 months.

Displays lovely lifted Cabernet fruit with leafy, capsicum and eucalyptus notes. On the plate it is layered with dark blackberries and a complex smokey oak characters, delivering a long silky tannin finish.

The 2009 Black Top is a Blend consisting of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot all sourced from low yielding vines within One Tree Hill. The Black Top has a lifted and spicy bouquet with a subtle minty and chocolate underlying. The palate is rich and rewarding with generous dark chocolate characters and a redcurrant lingering finish.

70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon marry together to produce this lovely wine. It displays an aroma of black pepper, dark berries and plums. The palate is rich and juicy with soft rounded tannins which lingers on.

The 2005 Sangiovese has a beautiful bouquet of famous Morello cherries over great cardamom spice character. This wine has a fabulous palate of dark cherries following through to fruit cake flavours.
